BLE initiated environmental due diligence on a vacant brick manufacturing facility that encompassed approximately 1,000-acres and over five industrial buildings. The Site included a clay mine for raw material production, material storage yards, manufacturing areas, kilns, final product laydown yards, shipping areas, and an equipment maintenance facility. The Site also utilized as an equestrian farm, residence, and automotive maintenance business. BLE’s knowledge and experience of industrial facilities allowed us to provide the Client with valuable information and knowledge to assess the potential risks at the property.
