Asheville, NC – The new Patient Services Tower will be approximately 600,000 square feet of new construction in Asheville, North Carolina. The tower will include an emergency department, surgical operating rooms, sterile processing department, and patient rooms. As of Spring 2018, demolition is complete and major site work is underway. The tower is planned to be occupied by November 2018. BLE is currently providing geotechnical exploration, geophysical study, foundation and site grading recommendations, extensive rock excavation quantification information, seismic design consultation, construction materials testing and special inspections for the subject project.
