Anderson, SC – BLE provided construction materials testing and inspection services for the City of Anderson’s renovation of Linley Park. The project redeveloped the park with a safer playground and rubberized surfacing, updated restrooms, a family picnic pavilion, expanded parking, reconstruction of the creek to reduce flooding risk, and a new walking trail linking the park to the Recreation Complex.
