Sumter, SC – BLE provided comprehensive Chapter 17 and Chapter 1 special inspection and construction materials testing services for Central Carolina Technical College’s (CCTC) Academic Student Services building. This facility includes a diverse range of specialized classrooms such as biology and chemistry labs, anatomy and physiology labs, microbiology labs, general-purpose classrooms, preparation areas, and staff offices.
BLE’s scope of services encompassed detailed and specialized inspections of complex structural components, including steel, concrete, welding, plumbing, soil, masonry, and concrete materials. Our involvement spanned the entire project lifecycle, beginning with foundation testing and continuing through to project completion. This ensured consistent quality assurance and compliance with applicable codes and standards throughout construction.
