Greenville, South Carolina – A new boutique hotel is under construction along the Reedy River in downtown Greenville. The site was improved with three multi-story commercial buildings but was previously developed as a textile mill from the 1870s to the 1950s. BLE first performed a Pre-Demolition Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) Survey of the three commercial buildings on site. BLE also conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the site, followed by leading the Site to the successful completion of the SCDHEC Voluntary Cleanup Program.

BLE is currently providing construction materials testing and special inspection services for the project during construction.
