Mrs. Fitzgerald is a Human Resources Professional with over 10 years of HR experience. She provides advice and counsel to managers regarding personnel practices, policy, and employment laws as well as compensation, employee performance and career development. She also administers all corporate health and welfare benefits, retirement, paid time off and leaves of absence plans. With a team of over 100 employees at BLE, striving for effective communication and a strong company culture are priorities for Lauren as she leads the HR function.
Mrs. Fitzgerald holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University and has been a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2009 and a SHRM Certified Professional since 2016. She is also an active member of Greenville’s Society for Human Resource Management.
Mrs. Fitzgerald enjoys home improvement projects, being with family, and running. She lives in Greenville, SC with her husband, two kids and German Shepherd dog.
