(BLE) is proud to announce the addition of Tice Welborn, P.G., as the Brownfields Group Leader, Senior Consultant for Hydrogeological, Environmental Due Diligence and Compliance, and Solid Waste Services. With more than 17 years of distinguished experience in environmental consulting, Welborn brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record that will significantly enhance BLE’s capabilities and service offerings.

Focusing on local government services and State and Federal Brownfields Services, Welborn has dedicated his career to revitalizing contaminated properties and fostering sustainable community development. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of critical areas within Brownfields redevelopment, including grant writing and management, project management, environmental assessment and remediation, community outreach and public engagement.

Welborn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University and is a licensed Professional Geologist in South Carolina and North Carolina. Beyond his technical skills, Welborn has served as a vital liaison among local, State, and Federal agencies on numerous Brownfields redevelopment projects across the Southeast. His strategic acumen and ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes will be instrumental in ensuring BLE meets and exceeds client expectations.
