BLE Welcomes Financial Leader Jim Marley as Chief Financial Officer

Greenville, S.C. – Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Marley, MBA, as the firm’s new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Marley joins BLE’s executive leadership team as a strategic partner to the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors, providing financial insight, operational guidance, and long-term planning to support the company’s continued growth and profitability.

Marley brings more than 28 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, primarily within the construction, engineering/electrical testing, and civil infrastructure rehabilitation sectors. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he is recognized for his disciplined leadership approach, analytical expertise, and proven ability to implement financial systems that strengthen performance and streamline operations.

Jim holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Webster University, along with both a B.A. and M.A. from Kent State University. He lives in Dacusville with his wife, Ronda. Their two sons are proudly serving in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. Outside of work, Marley is an accomplished woodworker who enjoys designing and crafting hand-made acoustic guitars in his free time.
