BLE Strengthens North Carolina Presence with Planned Charlotte Expansion

Greenville, S.C. – Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) is pleased to announce plans to expand its operations into the Charlotte, North Carolina market with the opening of a new office anticipated in late 2026 or early 2027. The expansion marks another important milestone in BLE’s strategic growth and comes as the firm celebrates 30 years of providing engineering and environmental consulting services throughout the Southeast.

The Charlotte office will be led by Rob Condon, Professional Engineer (P.E.), who will oversee the firm’s growth and operations in the region. This expansion will further strengthen BLE’s presence in North Carolina, where the firm currently serves clients through its Asheville office and projects across the state.

The decision to establish a Charlotte office reflects BLE’s thoughtful and deliberate approach to growth, positioning the firm to better serve existing clients while supporting the region’s continued development. Charlotte’s dynamic economy, expanding infrastructure needs, and thriving business environment make it a natural next step in BLE’s long-term growth strategy.

The Charlotte office will initially be supported by team members from BLE’s existing locations while creating opportunities to recruit and develop local talent.
