Bunnell Lammons Engineering (BLE) welcomes Anna Franklin to the team as Senior Environmental Engineer. With more than 16 years of regulatory and environmental consulting experience, Franklin specializes in air quality permitting and compliance for industrial and municipal clients. Her primary expertise includes air construction permit applications, air dispersion modeling analyses, emission inventory preparation and reporting, and compliance assistance with State and Federal air regulations.
Franklin coordinates with clients to prepare environmental plans including: Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, Slug Control Plans, and Best Management Practices (BMP) Plans. She also assists clients with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, wastewater permitting and compliance, and conducts environmental compliance audits.
A registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina, she received her Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences from University of North Carolina at Asheville, and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and Science from Clemson University.
